At Ironwood Gardens, we are focused on restoring sustainable food production
for local consumption.
We no longer grow seasonal vegetables, and have decided to focus on spring
cereals.
After several years of growing trials,We now grow heritage wheat and other
grains.
Our mission is to:
- Continuously improve the quality and taste of our produce, and provide
services to meet our customers’ needs
- Work with the soils and environment to provide a maximum sustainable
yield
- Gain a reasonable financial return
